Job description

For Poland
I. Working Hours
a. 160 Hours in one month
b. 100 Hours in one month (over time)
II. Salary Structure
a. Basic 500$
b. 3$ to 13$ per hour
III. Extra advantage
a. Accommodation Free (Own Company manage)
b. Insurance and all taxes on a place are paid by the employer.
IV. Fooding
a. Own Expense
V. Contract
a. Working Visa will be valid for one year. After one year it will extend for
one year.
b. Workers receive temporary residence permit after one month.
VI. Type of work (Unskilled)
a. Care of plants.
b. Gathering and packing of vegetables.
c. Help in cultivation.
d. Packing of flowers.
e. Washing of the equipments and premises.
f. Packing of Strawberry, Tomatoes, Cucumbers
VII. Process Period
a. We will take 2 months from submission of documents.

FOR ESTONIA
I. Working Hours
a. 160 Hours in one month
b. 120 Hours in one month (over time)
II. Salary Structure
a. Basic 100$
b. 6 to 25$ per Hour
III. Extra advantage
a. Breakfast
b. Lunch
c. Dinner (these are free)
IV. Contract
a. Working visa will be valid for one year, but it will extend also for
extra one year.
b. On the behalf of temporary residence permit having lived 5 years
c. Residence permit (Temporary) will be issue after working 2 months.
V. Type of Work
a. Strawberry packing
b. Washing of Equipment
c. Packing of meat product
d. Care of Hot houses
e. Packing of Tomato
f. Helping in cultivation
VI. Process Period
It will take one month from submission of documents.
